[WebrezPro] Connecting WebrezPro with Operto

Integrating Operto with your WebRezPro account:
To integrate WebRezPro with Operto, please email us the following information for each of your units:
- Unit name
- Unit address
- Timezone the Unit is located in
The Operto Support team will send you back the API Keys that are specifically associated with your account. Due to the sensitivity of these keys please treat them as if they are secure credentials (username/password) and do not share them publicly. You will need to provide these keys to your WebRezPro rep.
For any questions, please email support@operto.com
To set up your Guest Messaging in your WebRezPro account:
Guests Access Codes will be automatically sent out from your WebRezPro account.
You will need to include the variable ROOM_KEYLOCK_CODE in your automated guest messaging and it will add the Operto generated access code to the content of the email.
Please note: different PMS will allow the automated messages to be sent out at different times. We would require the automated message to be sent out at least 10 minutes after the reservation is confirmed. This allows ample time to ensure WebRezPro sends us the reservation > we generate access code > send it back to WebRezPro > WebRezPro sends an email with access code to the guest.
Please email support@webrez.com if you need assistance with setting up automated messages.
FAQs:
What is the variable used to send the Operto Guest Portal link to my guest?
The Guest Portal link to display in WebRezPro is:
https://guests.operto.com/CompanyID_CONFIRMATION_NUMBER
- CID: This is your Operto company ID and you can find it on top of your Operto Manager Portal. You will need to include it in the link. This will be the same code for all guest portals.
- CONFIRMATION_NUMBER: This is the unique confirmation number in WebRezPro. This number generates automatically on WebRezPro and will be different for each guest portal link.
