[SmartThings] SmartThings Hub Online, but Lock offline

If the hub shows "online" but the lock shows "offline" or is in an "unknown state" in the SmartThings app, follow these steps:

1. Check for low battery. Replace the batteries, if required.

2. Make sure the hub is within 10-15 ft from the lock.

3. Repair Z-wave network from the SmartThings app:
Select the SmartThings Hub, press (⋮), Z-Wave utilities, Repair Z-wave network, Start repair.

If the lock is still offline, go to Step 4.

4. Remove the batteries, remove the green Z-wave module (blue Z-wave module in the UK), wait 10 seconds, insert module, insert the batteries (please follow the specific order). If the lock still doesn't come online, proceed to Step 5.

5. Put your hub into z-wave exclusion mode from the SmartThings app:
Select the SmartThings Hub, press (⋮), Z-Wave utilities, Z-Wave exclusion.

6. On Yale Lock, enter "Master Code" gear.png7 gear.png3 gear.png. This will unpair the lock.
On Yale Keyless Connected Lock  (UK), enter "Master Code" # 4 # 3 #
On Schlage Lock, enter "Programming Code" followed by [0] key. This will unpair the lock.

7. Select the lock in the SmartThings app, press (⋮), click Edit, and Delete device.

8. Pair the lock to the hub again:

  1. From the Home screen, touch the Plus (+) icon and select Device
  2. Search and select Yale, then click Door Locks.
  3. Make sure to select the Z-Wave option.
  4. Follow the remaining in-app instructions to pair your lock to the hub.
              - On the Yale Lock, enter "Master Code" gear.png7 gear.png1 gear.png.
               - On the Yale Keyless Connected Lock (UK), enter "Master Code" #
4 # 1 #.

9. Let us know once the pairing is completed as we may need to resync the lock on our end.
