    1. What is a Wire Transfer?

A Wire Transfer is a transfer of funds done electronically across a network of banks or transfer agencies around the world. Wire transfers can be domestic or international transactions. If you have a bank account in the United States, we recommend using the ACH method mentioned below as it offers lower bank fees.

 
  1. How to pay via Wire Transfer

Please contact your financial institution for instructions on how to make a wire transfer. This is done by the bank and you will need to provide them with Operto’s bank account information. If you would like to use this payment method, please contact support@operto.com.

 
  1. Fees 

There are fees involved in sending and receiving wire transfers. These fees vary depending on the financial institution. Please contact your bank to find out how much it will cost you to send a wire transfer.


Please note:  In order for Operto to receive your transfer, a fee of $7.50 USD will be added to your monthly invoice should you choose this payment method.

    1. What is an ACH

An ACH (Automated Clearing House) is an electronic transfer between bank accounts across the United States. This payment method cannot be used unless you have a bank account in the United States.

 
  1. How to pay via ACH

If you have a United States bank account, please contact your financial institution for instructions on how pay via ACH. Some clients will be able to do so via their online banking while others will need to ask their bank agent for assistance. In either case, you will need to provide the bank with Operto’s account information to complete the transfer. If you would like to use this payment method, please contact support@operto.com.

 
  1. Fees

ACH transfers are typically free but some banks might charge around $3 for sending ACH. Please contact your financial institution in order to find out if there are any hidden fees for you to use this form of payment.

 

There are no fees for Operto to receive your ACH transfer so no extra fees will be added to your monthly invoice.
