[Operto Connect] Operto Dashboard Legend

Terms Legend:

Unit Name

This is what you named the unit or what the unit was named when brought in by your PMS integration (see article on your PMS). This is often the “nickname” assigned by the OTA.

Guest Name or ID

This is the name of the guest that you put in when you did a manual reservation or what was brought through from the PMS. Please note that if there is a connection issue with your PMS it may display the guest’s ID from the OTA rather than their name. Please contact support@operto.com if IDs are showing rather than names.

Access Code

This is what you named the unit or what the unit was named when brought in by your PMS integration (see article on your PMS)

Code Status

This is reflected in three stages:

  • Scheduled - the code is scheduled to be written
  • Installed - code was successfully programmed
  • Not Installed - code programming was unsuccessful

Note that by default we install the code 30 minutes before the designated check in time. If you would like this changed please email support@operto.com

Duration

The duration that a code will remain on the lock. For guests this often is their check in to check out time. For staff this may be a permanent code.

Unit Status

This is reflected in multiple ways to tell you either info about the guest or about the lock and hub that can let them into their stay:

  • Available for cleaning - the guest has checked out (either by using their exit code, or the reservation has ended)
  • Hub Offline - the SmartThings hub or Nuki bridge associated with this unit is not connected to the internet.
  • Hub & lock offline - both the lock and hub (or bridge) are not connected to the internet.
  • Lock Offline - your z-wave lock or Nuki bluetooth lock are not connected to the hub or bridge
  • Cleaning in progress- the cleaner entry code has been used
  • Available for check-in - displayed at the start time of a reservation (when the guest can check in)
  • Guest checked-in - a guest has used their entry code for the first time
  • Currently reserved - displayed on the middle days of a multi-day reservation where there is no check-in or check-out scheduled
  • Ready for check-out - displayed at midnight on the day of check out
  • Vacant - displayed on days where there is no current reservation or check-in/check-out for that unit
  • Requires Activation - the unit has no active Operto license (and likely has no associated hardware)
