Share Salto KS access with Operto

Add Operto to Salto KS once the locks are setup:

1. Select 'People', and click 'Create User'.
2. Enter First Name as 'Operto', Last Name as 'Support'
3. Chose the 'Site Admin' role, and enter the email provided to you by Operto.
4. Check all the Lock Options and Ways of opening, and click Next.
5. Click Next without selecting any Access Groups.
6. Click on Create.
