Every cleaner is assigned a 5-digit access code by Operto that provides entry to every property they are assigned to. Usage of these codes updates Operto in real-time, providing valuable insight into cleaning status and when the unit is available for the next check-in.

Cleaning Started

Cleaners enter the unit using their assigned 5-digit access code.

Cleaning Complete

Cleaners lock the door and enter their Cleaning Complete code, always starting with a "1", followed by the same 5 last digits as the access code.
