[Nuki] How to Use Cleaners Codes (Nuki Lock)

Every cleaner is assigned a 6-digit access code by Operto that provides entry to every property they are assigned to. Usage of these codes updates Operto in real-time, providing valuable insight into cleaning status and when the unit is available for the next check-in.

Cleaning Started

Cleaners enter the unit using their assigned 6-digit access code, always starting with a "9".

○ Signal sent to Operto that the cleaning has started.

Cleaning Complete

Cleaners lock the door and enter their Cleaning Complete code, replacing the "9" with a "1", followed by the same 5 last digits as the access code.

○ Signal sent to Operto that the cleaning is complete.

Important Note

Due to device limitations, check-out codes are legitimate access codes and require the door to be locked again after. If you do not have auto-lock engaged, make sure your guests are re-locking the door after entering the check-out code.
