How to Check-In and its Validation
To check-in a guest you have to go to the 'Check-in' tab, and the guests who have uploaded their data will appear like this.
The 3 yellow circles indicate that a guest has uploaded the photo of the ID (passport or other valid document), that the selfie has been taken and that the signature has been made. The yellow color indicates that these data have not yet been validated by the manager.
To validate the data, it is necessary to click on the guest's name and a window will appear where we can verify that all the data is correct. In the event that a data does not correspond to the documentation sent, it can be edited manually by pressing the edit button.
If any of the photos is not valid (Blurred or not what is expected) it can be rejected by clicking on the cross that is in each of them, thus causing the guest to have to take it again.
If everything is correct, you have to validate the 3 photos, clicking on the 'ticks' of each photo and clicking on Save.
Once this is done, the 3 yellow circles will change their color from yellow to green, which indicates that the documentation is validated and ready to be sent to the police.
ⓘ If the validation of the guest's data is carried out before dawn on the day of the guest's entry, this information will be automatically sent to the police. ⓘ If the validation of the data is after the arrival of the guest, the sending to the police must be done manually from the 'Traveler registration' tab and by clicking on the green 'Register' button.
Finally, once the information has been successfully sent to the police, we can download the traveler's report to keep it in case they request it. To do this you have to go to the 'Check-in' tab and click on the green button of the plane.
Subsequently, you must save this document as you see fit in case the security forces request it.
The parts are downloaded one by one, so it is convenient to download them daily.
