Start Time: May 15, 2024 at 17:30 PST
End Time: May 15, 2024 at 19:30 PST
Expected Duration: Approximately 2 hours

Actions to minimize impact:

• Reservation Code Install Times: Adjust to an earlier installation time for any codes scheduled during the maintenance

1. Navigate to “Guests” on the left side of the dashboard
2. Select the three dots next to the guest’s name
3. Choose “Edit Reservation”
4. Update “Access Valid From”
5. Select “Save”

• Backup Codes: Ensure you save a copy of backup codes before the maintenance begins
• Guest Communication: Inform guests checking in during this time and ensure they have their access codes in advance
